WE RESERVE TIME WITH INTENTION FOR EVERY CLIENT TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE, ATTENTION & AVAILABILITY

We kindly ask that any appointment cancellations or changes are made with a minimum of 48 hours notice. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the appointment to another client. As a courtesy, we also send reminder notifications ahead

APPOINTMENT RESERVATION

As some appointments require dedicated time in our diary, we will soon be introducing reservation deposits to help secure certain bookings, including longer colour services and new client appointments. Full details will be shared shortly.
